I have over 25 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness industry alongside a 16 year career at Microsoft. With 3 children, the youngest of which I had when I was 40, I understand “the load” and how we put everyone else’s wellness and happiness before our own. Often not allocating ourselves any time at all.
As women in the 21st century, our bodies and hormones are not made to withstand the amount of stress laid upon us on a daily basis. With work, parenting and advances in technology, we are doing more, every single day, than any female before us. It’s a no wonder that many of us are anxious, overwhelmed, tired and lost. We are not the women we dreamed we would be.
My goal is to help you change your story and find that woman via wellness coaching and my high energy, accessible home workouts.
