It includes your relationships, career, finances, spirituality, emotional well-being, and social connections—essentially, anything that impacts your life.
Although I am not a therapist and won't delve deeply into some of these areas, (I can refer you to appropriate professionals if needed), together, we will identify the areas that require attention and where the largest gaps exist between your current state and your goals. We will then create an actionable plan to achieve optimal health and happiness, transforming your limiting beliefs and reshaping your narrative for the better.

Not only this, but you also get access to me via WhatsApp for 4 weeks after your session. This could be all you need. But this is part of the problem. Through solidarity and the sisterhood, we have come to laugh about our erratic behaviour, which is a wonderful tonic and antidote, but it has the danger of normalising feeling this way. Telling ourselves that it will get better or to ride it out; drinking through it with our partners and girlfriends. But it wont get better without change and who wants to wait years, decades even, to ride it out?

No. Start feeling better now. Events are real life. This isn’t a body transformation programme. There’s no wagon to fall off. This is a new way of living. No need to plan for events, enjoy them for what they are. You may find that your mindset towards events changes.
The key here is what you say to yourself. Have you had enough of feeling this way? Do you want to feel capable, energised and whole again? If the answer is yes, don‘t worry about what others think. They’ll soon see why you did it when you meet up with them and have a spring in your step that they haven’t seen in a while.
Of course, we want allies, cheerleaders and supporters and I encourage you to find those people and spend more time with them. Not the naysayers. Unless said naysayer is your partner, in which case just keep going, they’ll soon see the difference in your confidence.
As Jim Rohn said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Consider that. It’s powerful.
If you really commit to implementing healthy habits, there is no reason why you can’t expect to feel the benefits straight away.
