This doesn’t mean that you should wait until an event is out of the way. Sustainable, to me, is factoring in real life and making healthy choices 80% to 90% of the time. That is the sweet spot - that’s perfection.
You can’t out-train a bad diet. What you eat matters, if feeling your best most of the time, is your goal. And of course, if weight loss is a goal too.
If you only want to do one PT session per week and no other exercise, we can’t move forward. You have to want to do more and make this a true lifestyle change.
This could be your sleep routine or activities to lower your cortisol and reduce stress.
If you come to me with a list of excuses (not medical or injury related) as to why you can’t make changes, it‘s likely that you are not ready to be coached.
Your time is precious and so is mine. I understand that things crop up and am willing to reschedule a PT session with more than 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours, you will lose the session, if I am unable to move you.
One session per week that takes place at the same time every week. You prioritise these sessions the way you would any medical appointment. Think of these sessions as proactive health management for your mind, body and soul.
My expectation is that you attend at least 2 or 3 of my F10 online classes, either Live or On Demand. This is not about one PT session a week as a tick in the box exercise. This is about making true transformational, lifestyle changes.
You’ve tried to do it alone over and over again. It’s time to take control and DO more in order to BE more. Expect direct communication and real accountability. I'll challenge your excuses and celebrate your victories with equal passion.

*I take 10 weeks holiday per year: always during school holidays and half-term. I allow 2 weeks additional buffer. When I am on holiday, you will always have access to the F10 On Demand Strength & Fitness Classes. These classes run every week of the year, unless I am physically away on holiday. They are outstanding value for LIVE classes, delivered every weekday morning at 6.30am. You must agree to set up a monthly Direct Debit, no later than the date of your first PT session. I do not take cash payments. If, for any reason, I need to cancel a session that I cannot backfill, I will refund you that session. Thanks for your understanding.
